The AGM will be held at 2.30pm in the Sports Hall. RC flying will stop a bit early and hopefully FF will start on time if the AGM is concluded quickly!!
The annual report and an agenda will be circulated before the AGM and the documents published on the website. Please print or have any info you need on your phone / tablet as hard copy will not be distributed at the meeting.
If you have any items for AOB, please let us have them in advance, but it’s fine to raise points on the day as well…..
