Due to the Covid restrictions there was no AGM in 2020, but the new club constitution was approved in an e-mail vote by 46 votes for and none against. The new constitution is now in effect and can be viewed on the Club Documents page or here
The BMFA have published the following advice on 9th November – Model Flying in the club environment The Government has ordered that certain venues must close, including indoor and outdoor leisure and sporting facilities. BMFA have clarified their earlier advice. Model flying outdoors counts as “recreation” and is permitted. The BMFA insurance will remain valid. BMFA have today issued the following guidance which means it is not really possible to continue using the field at Girton from 5th Nov till the current lockdown ends. Following the latest lockdown rules, all Thursday and Saturday indoor sessions are cancelled for a month. The next planned session is Thursday 3rd Dec. Please keep checking the website for the latest info.

We have added a series of Saturday indoor flying dates for RC and FF. These will be held in the Gropius Hall from 12 noon till 3pm and will cost £3 Full details are in the “Upcoming Events” section.
