We are holding the AGM in the Sports Hall on Sat 25th Nov at 2.30pm. This is designed to straddle the mid point of the afternoons mixed RC and FF flying. It should encourage brevity and it saves us money hiring the conference room!!
The agenda is below and is also on the website (meetings and reports tab). I will also circulate the annual report in a few days time when approved by the committee.
All members are welcome to attend. If you don’t wish to attend, please feel free to send your comments or approval of the annual report and these will be raised on your behalf.
