The e-mail below was sent to all members along with the idiots guide to filling out the survey.
You may already have done the CAA survey as requested by the BMFA, however, the guide to completing it was rather complicated and this has put many off.
We have discovered (don’t ask) that you don’t have to fill out the text fields and can just answer by ticking the options for each question which makes it a lot easier.
There are some questions that do benefit from a few words and the attached document has a really simple guide as to what to put in the survey. It really should only take a few minutes and the BMFA is hoping that thousands of responses will show that we object to some of the proposals – especially for Remote ID modules to be put on models.
Of course, you may agree with the CAA proposals and if so please disregard this e-mail……….
