28/6 – EGM called to elect a new Treasurer

The committee has called an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday 14th July for the purpose of voting in our new volunteer Treasurer Paul Burling.

All the details are in the attached notice. Many members will probably not want to Zoom in to the meeting so it would be helpful if they could just reply to the e-mail they have been sent with a simple “Yes” or “No” to the motions.

Minutes from the EGM with the voting results will be issued shortly after the meeting.
