One date for your diary is the extra CL fly in at Girton on the 18th May – this is in some respects to take the place of the Old Warden CL event – contact John Copsey for more details and look at the website calendar.
Also, if you use Girton, they have changed the lock and the new combination is 4722. The gate is often open these days, so “leave it as you find it!
Friday evening access at Impington is usually just to drive down Park Drive and park in the car park by the field. Control Liners and Drone flyers can opt to turn right after the row of houses and park in the field.
There are however some “gotchas” if the school staff decide to block access before they go home –
- The combination lock to drive onto the field is 3641 – last man out locks the gate. They occasionally put a chain and lock to prevent access and if this happens we have to park in the car park
- The main gate to the car park is very occasionally locked. This is a swipe access gate and we don’t have a swipe card. In this case turn right and park on the grass.
