Just an update on Girton.
The field is usually not accessible by car in Dec, Jan and Feb, but my spies have been out and parts of the field are dry enough at the moment, but avoid the area along the hedge on the right which as usual is a bit boggy. We do not want to damage the field and incur the groundsmans wrath!!
You can always park at the main car park and walk across to the flying site.
By March it’s usually dry enough to drive round the perimeter to a suitable pits area dependent on the wind direction etc.
