Attached is the draft annual report compiled by the committee. You are invited to attend a Zoom AGM on Wednesday 7th December at 7pm. The purpose of the meeting is to ratify the annual report and to discuss any further items of AOB.
If you don’t want to Zoom in to the AGM, please just reply to accept the annual report or to add any further items of AOB which can be discussed at the AGM, after which the ratified annual report will be published.
We are actively looking for new faces on the committee to be “ministers without portfolio” so we get a fully representative viewpoint of the membership.
If you wish to join the Zoom AGM and speak to the committee face to face, the link is below. The meeting will start promptly at 7pm and the link will open at 6.55pm. You should just need to click the link to join without using the passcode etc, but make sure you have Zoom on your PC or tablet beforehand.
